A nine foot hole is dug for the mikvah cavity.
Wooden forms are placed to hold the concrete in place.
Trench is dug to make way for new sewer and water lines.
Rabbi Gershon Grossbaum, a world-renowned expert on Mikvah building, inspects the placement of the forms and rebar.
A hoist is put in place to make sure the forms dont penetrate the concrete floor below. Ensuring there is no hole in the mikvah pit.
The new floor has been poured and the framing for the new walls begins.
